Originally conceived in 2010, Sago offers a unique and delicious blend of Vietnamese cuisine. 
Much of the fresh vegetables in our menu are sourced from our very own organic farms in Greenbank, southwest of Brisbane. So join us at Sago Restaurant, relax and enjoy the best that Vietnam and Australia have to offer.

Traditional Vietnamese cuisine utilises fish sauce, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables,reaching a balance between fresh herbs and meats, as well as a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste.
The Vietnamese cook their food in a variety of ways: deep fry, stir fry, boil, steam. Unlike many other Asian countries, the Vietnamese use a minimal amount of oil while cooking, at the same time, aim to preserve the freshness and natural taste of food as much as possible. Hence Vietnamese cuisine is often considered as one of the healthiest foods yet most divine cuisines worldwide.
